They all break with wear and tear but safe when it does ! Anchors for door are great in comparison

All bands from all companies break after certain time with resistance. I like these being they are covered with the cloth material for each band so if they do snap the band is not all over the place flying around breaking something. Good as well for comfort with routines where bands are against skin interfering with certain exercises. I like the design used for door anchor and is more secure but not as rough on door. Nonfunctional, not as advertised

It won't allow enough movement to do normal exercises like it is advertised to do and breaks easy. I can't even do bicep curls and when I tried to do overhead shoulder presses it broke. I have used other resistant band sets that are 10x better in quality. This product is not even functional, I had to throw it away and buy a new set.Read full review...

Need to sell with better handles

The bands themselve are great. No problems. The handles are too small and my knuckles rubbed on the strap that goes through the handle.Also, the strap on one side would slide through and I had to zip tie the handle to keep the strap from coming through, I ended up buying a different set of just handles which are much wider and better.Read full review...

handle breaking after about 2 weeks of use. bummer.

I've had it for about two week and am getting good use - so I would give it a good review but one of the handles (the inner plastic core) just started breaking today.
