It works but not like I expected.

It works but I wouldn't buy another one. The latching is way too slow and for my needs and is almost useless for checking continuity. It's not at all what I expected. I have a fifteen dollar DMM that latches almost instantly but of course does not have the same options.

Also, the continuity beep is very faint. Out of the 4 meters I use this one is the weakest.Read full review...

Good stuff for 3-phase VFDs

It seems to accurately measure 3-phase voltage from a VFD. Doesn't have an audio alrm for continuity, but that's ok given the rest of this $11 unit. Feels tough enough, though I expect to replace the cables at some point.Read full review...

Great meter for a descent price.

Overall a good meter. The _only_ annoying thing is that if you want to use the serial output, you either have to use Uni-t's propriety software if you're not computer savvy.

Did a comparative test against a branded model meter (brand name is prevented by auto-censor because it has 3 letters out of 5 that form a profanity) and a digital scope and the readings were the same, even reading 8MHz on frequency, and a range of duty cycles against the scope.
