#1 Choice for Personal Collection AND Inventory

Purchased 4000 sleeves and happily discovered the consistency in Ultra Pro's high quality. The sleeves crystal clear, which brings out the color and shine of our cards, and they're literally WATERTIGHT- fill one with water, seal the open end with packing tape, and try it yourself. If water doesn't even leak OUT of the sealed sleeve, we don't have to worry about any moisture getting IN- No more ruined rainy day shipments! An added plus, the sleeves don't split at the seams. We've safely stored 5-10 cards in one sleeve with no problems (with the cards OR the sleeve).
The price makes them a great option for protecting inventory as well- they prevent fingerprint smudges and scratches when handling/organizing our cards for sale. They're affordable enough to ship with all orders, without having to raise customer prices OR sacrifice our bottom line. Good investment for card collectors and sellers alike!

Consistent, inexpensive sleeves

My go-to sleeves for storing Magic: The Gathering cards. Consistent sizing that stores singles, play-sets, or even 8-10 cards for shipping or "draft sets" of basic lands. "Pro-fit" inner sleeves within Ultra-Pro "Deck Protector" sleeves fit perfectly in these for "triple-sleeving" of your real treasures if that is your thing!
I've used thousands of these and never had issues with defects or jagged edges that I've seen in other brands. The only negative is that my cats seem to be attracted to them when they are sticking out of boxes, but they are not cat-proof. Very little is though so this oversight can be forgiven.

Multiple Uses

I used these to sort-out new stamps for my collection. They are so easy to use and I am glad that they are PVC and Acid-Free!!! Don't buy anything that does not state those two terms, because your ephemera will show "Foxing" after a number of years, and who wants to deal with that, and have their collection ruined? So, I make sure that PVC and Acid-Free are listed on the description.....if not, well, it just is not worth any price!Read full review...

No better product available!

You really can't get a better product than Ultra Pro. Been using them for over 20 years. I did try another brand a few months ago to save some money, bad mistake. Sleeves were not as clear and they seemed to stick together more so was harder to sort cards once you sleeved them. Trust me and stick with the best!Read full review...

Excellent value for basic sleeves designed to offer basic protection to your cards

Used these sleeves for years. They hold up well enough for boardgame cards. I wouldn't put an alpha black lotus in penny sleeves and if you do and get mad about it, then you're dumb. These just extend the life of all my games and keep them looking nice and preserve resale value years down the road.Read full review...

Bulk Penney Sleeves

I have been buying boxes of baseball cards, wax packs and finally annual factory sets for 30+ yrs. Always stored them in a closet or room; never an attic or basement. Recently inventoried them all. Some old cards dusty, one factory set was stuck in huge blocks (mostly ruined). All needed sleeves. Ultra Pro makes the best sleeves. Period. Wife: How many cards? About 20,800. Wife: Oh. Yeah; buy a whole case. Penny sleeves for well under a penny each. The decision was pretty easy, actually. I'm extremely satisfied with my shipment. Exactly what I wanted.Read full review...

A Must for Every Card Collector

Ultra Pro Card Sleeves are the industry standard for basic card protection. Hits, inserts, and base stay pack fresh when put in a card sleeve.

Mass manufacturing does lead to some inconsistencies and quality, and some users may inadvertently damage their card attempting to insert in sleeves. Pros of use definitely out weigh cons though.Read full review...

Deck sleeves

If you are planning on using these sleeves to use with a card deck, such as Magic the Gathering or to protect resource cards in Settlers of Catan, be aware that these sleeves can slick and do not riffle shuffle well. You will do better with a heavier sleeve meant for that purpose, but it is great for an inexpensive card sleeve for cards the do not require shuffling.Read full review...

Great Penny Sleeves

Great price. Penny Sleeves are a budget solution for regular Ultra Pro Matte sleeves. I just needed to extend the life of my new CLANK board game's standard cards, due to high amount of shuffling. Works also for trade binder of Magic the Gathering (MTG) cards. But for MTG, I would prefer regular Ultra Pro Matte.Read full review...

lightweight, crystal clear soft plastic sleeves for great card protection

These are the real deal soft plastic sleeves / card protectors. The plastic is clear with an ideal transparent appeal for when you slip a card into one it actually improves the overall look of the card. Once you slip your cards into these sleeves you're able to handle, organize and browse through your cards without fear of damaging or smugging with fingerprints keeping them in prestine condition. More importantly, these sleeves are perfectly sized so that you can EASILY slip your sleeved cards into a top loader hard plastic protector casing if you wish to up the protection level on more valuable cards. The only downside - or really its something you have to watch out for with ANY type card protector - is you have to be really careful when putting your card into the sleeve. Because they are so well sized (not OVER sized) relative to the cards dimensions that you can damage the cards corder and edges if you try to rush or force a card into a sleeve. Take your time and be gentle during the entire process and I am confident that you will be totally satisfied with this item as a means to protect your card collection investment.Read full review...
