Well appointed with a good sized container of conductivity gel and extra needles. Foot pedal is very helpful and easy to operate. I have used it a couple weeks with no problems. No impression of anything negative or unsatisfactory at this time and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone expressing an interest in an electrolysis machine for an affordable price. I received this electrolysis machine today and had a chance to use it. it does work. it hurts like hell but it works.only small gripe i have is the voltage meter adjustment knob, it is super sensitive. as far as longevity of this product i don't know yet. Time will tell.Read full review...

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but after zapping the follicle (set up for 12/13 i can handle only 4 to 5 seconds) the hair is not coming out with the tweezers.
