Cheap but can work for a band aid
It's only a band aid and not a permanent fix. It just rubs off with hands days after painting. You'll have to keep painting it over and over. But the finish is as matte black as it can get.

Terrible product that runs everywhere and simply flakes off at the lightest touch after drying. Total waste of time and money. Ruined my old HZ centre console.
