Replacement drain pump- Affordable, easy to install, & it works. (pump sounds good & drain's fast)
I dont know if this drain pump will last the 12 years that the original pump did for me, but it was easy enough to install, & a value that was hard to contend with. I put this replacement part to work right away with 4 - 5 very full loads of laundry, and the washer is working like new again. The replacement drain pump sounds good, drains fast, & has no leaks. A new pump got me over the 'drum won't drain' hump!'
Pump was a drop in replacement for the original. It did not have a splash cover so I modified the original cover to fit. The pump assembly has been reinstalled in the machine and is working just fine. I have clean laundry to prove it. This is first time I have had a pump problem, but for a machine about 17 years old, you can't complain at all. Am very attached to our LG washer and dryer, Great reliability and have needed very little maintenance.Read full review...
