very disappointing
I looked at the add and it leads you to beleive it was an assembly. indeed it was a bunch of parts in a bag and some didn't fit the car. I checked my order and I orderd correct so, I used what I could and threw the rest away. The price was no different then the other ten people sselling the same thing.Read full review...

Cables only
As far as a 2001 VW Beetle, the actual cables were the only part useable in this kit. The plastic gear housing doesn’t fit and the plastic grommets that attach the cable ends to the tracks are wrong. I made it work using these new cables but mixed with the old hardware. Read full review...

Doesn't Fit
The white plastic housing does not have the spool lined up to mate to the motor.
I does not fit 2002 VW Beetle, driver side. I threw it out and just used my old one.
