Item came with some minor scratches. Rather than buying a new one, its much better to buy a used one. Item works perfectly, bandwidth speed didn’t drop or fluctuate. Been using it for 6 days and haven’t experienced disconnection with the internet.

This router was just what I needed...until I started having speed issues. Turns out the router I purchased has Frontier Firmware. That means it will never receive the Verizon firmware updates.
