Dangerously thin and sharp blades. Lethal mix.

They are deadly sharp and too thin blades which means cutting fingers far too often as the blade is not stable during slicing. I won’t use them. They are dangerous and NOT Swiss Made as my previous set was. These steak knives are great. Nice and sharp. Easy to saw through bread, steak, etc. Purchased more of the same knives because I love them. Excellent value. I chose black as the handles might be hard to remove stains if another colour and they matched my existing ones. Best knives ever!

I've been using these knives for many years and they are the best knives for cutting tomatoes. We use them on a daily basis as our normal cutlery. The handle is comfortable, and the blade stays nice and sharp. In twenty years, I'm only on my second set of knives - after that length of time using them every day, I felt I was due for an upgrade.
