Superb quality at an unbelievable price!
This projector fulfilled all of my requirements when shopping for a projector and none other came close to matching it.
I wanted 4K UHD, 4,000 lumens, good contrast, excellent colour reproduction, vertical and horizontal keystone correction and a short throw so that I could fill my 150” screen at 3.7 metres, which is the distance of my screen to the projector at maximum distance. See my photos to see how well it did that.
I also wanted all of these features at a reasonable price and the ViewSonic PX748-4K projector did all those things. I was wondering how the contrast would be as I compared the 12,000:1 for this projector to millions to one for some high end projectors, but it is amazingly good, as you can see.
There are more lumens than I can use. I use dynamic eco mode which I think gives 15,000 hours before the lamp needs replacing.
It was super easy to set up - I was watching You Tube videos from my Firestick after just five minutes from unpacking.
I couldn’t ask for anything else. I wouldn’t even want a more expensive projector as this projector has all the features and quality I was looking for. Seriously, I don’t know how other manufacturers even compete with Viewsonic. I think people just aren’t doing enough research before they buy. Just watch some comparison videos and video reviews to see how the high quality images and features stack up against other projectors.
