Perfect replacement for mercury batteries.

I bought these batteries to use in a photographic light meter that was designed to use (no longer made) mercury batteries. I installed two of these batts in the meter and it works just fine.
So, if you have a vintage device that was designed for mercury batteries, don't toss it, get a pack of these beauties!

Not a real 625 battery!

I read online that these were merely an LR44 button cell encased in an 625 type case and sure enough I took it apart and inside was a Vinnic brand L1154F (LR44) button battery.
A real 625 would be a real larger, battery in the 625 casing.
These will not run long in my micro transistor radios at all.

Good fit to replace an old mercury battery.

This battery worked well to replace the old 625 mercury battery in a vintage pair of Brown and Sharpe Digi-Cal II digital calipers. FYI: These are actually made with an LR-44 battery and a thin copper disc inside the L1560 case.Read full review...

Don't be fooled by the loose bulk 625, LR9,L1560F Battery's here on eBay. They cause metering systems to fail! This battery has never failed me and they last as well.
