Rare interior details
The Tyco company put out a Centre Street series pertaining to HO scale train model kits.
There were eight kits put out and several of these kits including "Joe's Fruit Store" have excellent interior details.
These kits were outstanding and the parts and joints are cut with the finest precision. Also included are lighting kits. As said before these products were discontinued. There are no HO scale kits on the market that come with the extras that Tyco provided with there Centre Street model series.
Roofing details-cat and dog figures-mail boxes-park benches and parking meters just to name a few.
"Joe's Fruit Stand comes with crates that can be painted to simulate fruits and vegetables. Window details that include cabbage and bananas. There are counter tops, a scale, shelves molded on the back wall, a cash register and a scale. Not to mention canned goods. The exterior walls are brick and actually require no painting at all. As mentioned before the joints fit to perfection so gaps and light leakage are at a minimum once this model is put together.
This kit also includes a skylight and awnings and an old Sherwin Williams advertisement.
This kit is also perfect for kit bashing if so desired
It would be worth the price just for the interior parts alone.

Joe's Fruit Store, A Great Addition to Any Layout!
It was easy to assemble, fun to paint all the small parts, the mini wall art looks really good as well. It looks great next to my General Store and Loews Theater on my train layout!
