If your feeling tired and lethargic, maybe give this a try.

I was and being over 65, thought it could be a lack of vitamin B12 which older bodies don’t always metabolise well. I tried this product and felt better within a 3 days. If I hadn’t would have definitely gone to my GP. But thought this was worth trying first and it worked for me. Did not realise that you take it by desolving it under the tongue. I prefer the tablets that you swallow. No doubt the nutritional value is just the same.
