Have only used it once and got a professional cut on Border Collie, the instruction details were excellent, it cut cleanly with a no 3 comb, perhaps next time I'll go a littls closer but as this was the first time for Jessie and myself I thought I'd err on the depth of cut and leave it a little long so if I messed up to badly I could go back for a shorter trim.EXCELLENT CLIPPERS,Read full review...

This clipper is no good for fine hair dogs like Shi Tzu.
Does not cut the hair with the bigger guides like 13 mm and 10 mm (which i like to use)
Used 6 mm guide and laboured through the process by using a comb to hold the hair.
the clipper is next to useless once it comes to cutting the hair on the feet ( i had to use the clipper without a guide to get the job done)
After cutting for about 45 min the clipper gets heavy and quite hot
