Easy setup if you follow directions
Worked perfectly right out of the box. You will have to set it up with the app on your phone that you can download, and then make sure that your smartphone is on the same wifi network so you can tell the camera your wifi password.. From then on, it's easy to set up, works great in Internet Explorer, not sure how it works with Microsoft Edge browser. Also will work in other browsers but IE is the best for using all of the capabilities. Two way sound is adequate. I bought one and have another 5 ordered. I recommend it.Read full review

SUCKS "Get what you pay for" - Eview is terrible and the if your lucky to get IP the Wireless drops out. You can't change DHCP to Static or change the default Port 81. The stupic Voice is defaulted ON and God knows how to turn that OFF! Pay an extra $12 (approx) and get the WANSCAM HW0021 - MUCH, MUCH BETTER and everything works even from a PC. I want a camera that can be used both remotely (cellphone) and my PC software (e.g. Blue Iris). Going to use the HW0036 for target practice!!!Read full review
