a necessary item to reach into the back of a modern 4wd. I have a Ford Wildtrak and the sides are well above 1.2 metres in height, without the tyre step the only option is to climb into the tray to reach items that have slid forward out of reach or stand on the tyre itself and risk slipping off as you lean forward.
