Mini cheesecake pans are ideal

I love making food gifts to family and friends these mini pans are perfect for one or two servings . They are just like my big pan but this one you can make a cheesecake with one 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese. , 1/4 cup sugar, 1 beaten egg , 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tablespoon flour, (crust 1//2 cup graham cracker crumbs, 2tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons butter, cook in 350 oven 7-8 minutes let cool) mix cheesecake ingredients add 1/4 cup sour cream fold till mixed and pour in pan. Bake on 350 for approximately 25 minutes, loosen sides with knife do not open pan, cool in refrigerator overnight. Best next day. Enjoy Read full review
