Very good if set up correctly

Not quick to set up completely but well worth the effort. Recommend using a contract sim, not payg as advised as most payg sims dump unused credit after a few months roll-over, so the remote access is likely to stop unexpectedly.
Got the alarm sending me text reports on Arm & Disarm. It calls & broadcasts a message that I pre-recorded for alarm triggers. Remote fobs work some distance from the base unit, can disarm it from the driveway. Range on door switches is good so was able to cover doors on the garage & shed too. Cell phone app is basic & can turn alam on / off only, but it works remotely. Also able make outgoing voice calls from base unit. The only function that won't work is the system notifying you if you are abroad as there is no key pad option to type the + sign (as in +44 country exchange prefix).
