Works great, easy setup and reliable.

Took a few mins to to figure out how to set it up with my TJM winch (I put terminals onto the cable remote socket), all works great, if anything it's slightly delayed, in that you hit the button and it works almost straight away but it stays on for minimum 1 sec (which is about 150mm of cable), so you have to be careful if trying to only move an inch or so at a time. Life changing

Once you work out which wires to connect to your existing winch controls the installation was relatively easy and it works a treat. The small housing just fitted neatly inside the control box on my Warn XD9000.
