This product is what I was looking for, I was looking for a larger display that I could put in my lap and draw. The XP-pen Artist Pro 16 is great for this, it is light and thin, just what I was looking for. I only wish that it was stand alone, but alas I am on a budget. The hook up on this is crazy there are two USB's and a HDMI cable that have to be hooked up. This was a hindrance to me because I wanted to hook it to a Surface pro, but the surface pro has no HDMI hook up, so you can't use it. They don't tell you that you have to have a HDMI slot or a USB-C slot to hook this thing up, well the Surface Pro does not have either so it was out of the question. In most reviews people show a full laptop running Windows or Mac, and now I understand why, because you have to have an HDMI port. They say you can hook it up to a phone via USB C , but you still have to use there power supply to usb cable, a phone does not have enuf power to power it. Anyway I figured it out and have used the thing for a few days, and it is quite the upgrade in size from my Surface Pro, I like it a lot, the screen is great, the slim size is nice the buttons work right out of the box. If you don't mind having to hook it up to a computer, and want something semi portable you can put in your lap then this is for you.Read full review

I was execting it to be good, it ex ceeded ex pectations, major leap in responsiveness and accuracy!!
It is like drawing with a real pen, done are the days of drawing with a plastic fake nib on a plastic screen that is buried and little to no real accuracy or pressure senzsitivity...............almost a perfect simulation of real drawing...maybe perfectt!!!Read full review
