I have been after a Good compilation of Hendrix recordings with Curtis Knight for ages. This vynil release is an official "Experience Hendrix" release and nicely remastered for vynil. Extensive/informative liner notes. These are all
authenticated recordings that Jimmy participated in and give an accurate sense of Hendrix in 65/66 highlighting his soul / 1960s r'n'b
influenced guitar playing and his early use of Fuzz - It's highly recommended for Hendrix Fanatics (I am one !) ONLY and not one for casual fans. PS, I'm normally a cd Guy and have many Hendrix cds and kept my vinyl, I bought this on LP as I couldn't find it on cd .
