this is a go to to pep yourself up/correct your thinking/get some insight into yourself to help you get you to where you want to be. Feeling lousy isn't our natural state. As LH often says, most people have learned to hate themselves since they were little kids. YOU are OK! You must do all you can to make your inner self renewed to this fact. LH recordings are also very handy. There's a lot of good information in this book and it's set out so it's easy to navigate, easy to understand and it's written in a kind, gentle tone.
