I used it for the first time last night. I am extremely pleased with the numbing medicine which works very well, and you do not feel a thing. It is too soon to tell the result, hence the reason for the four stars. Also, I would have preferred a booklet format for the instructions for easy storage with the kit rather than the paper printout. Also, I would have liked to have each of the rollers labeled once removed from packaging for easy reference.
