You can get cheaper but this gives you four rollers and cream. It is titanium and now worry ever of rust. The only thing I do not like is the container. You cannot put it in the container and let it dry, it will fall over. When it dries you can put the top on and it is fine. It is important the roller is dry before you seal it.Read full review

This product is the best thing I have evert purchased for my acne scars. I have mild deep acne scars that increases the visibility of my wrinkle lines (on my cheeks) whenever I have makeup on or when I smile. I purchased this product in December 2016 and I haven't done a review until now because I wanted to test this product first.

Numbing cream is only good thing

I researched dermarolling for a while before I decided and this is the one that kept popping up with good reviews, so I decided on it! The numbing cream is great. But everything else is cheap made. You get what you pay for.
The heads are impossible to change without stabbing your self, the directions aren't accurate on that part. I've been using it until I get another one, but can't change the Roller head which is extremely frustrating!!! I purchased this item knowing I'd only use the .5 roller.

I've dermarolled before, but with a cheaper roller.

This item is easy to use, easy to clean, but should not be used more than once per month! You will actually harm your skin if not used correctly.
If used correctly though, over time your skin will get smoother and some scarring will definitely fade.Read full review
