I have it 4 stars rather than 5 because I've only used it twice. It seems to work as described. My skin is sensitive and tingly for the day after I use it and it stings a bit when applying serums right after. My only complaint about this particular dermatology set is that you can't rest it in the cover with alcohol was cleaning it, it gets stuck in there if you try to push it down to submerge the roller. This kit has all the rollers needed to get results. How-to Guide is informative, but it is loose pages as shown in picture, I wish it was a booklet. That would preserve it for continued use. The numbing cream works and needles are good quality for multiple uses.Read full review

It's ok. Plastic is good, needles are good, BUT...

It is hard to take the roller off the plastic cap, every time I think that I can damage needles. I don't remember any instructions inside the parcel, and I had to find them online. The smallest roller seems to have 0.75 needles which is strange because it supposed to be used for eyes. No needles' size has mentioned on the rollers themselves, only sticker on the paper boxes - every time you should check what roller need to be used.Read full review

Good product

This is a good quality product for the price. I used the 1.0mm the first time a few days ago and already see a bit of improvement. I have some very deep lines and am excited to see results. I agree with others who have said the rollers need to be marked, but i took the point of a sharp knife and engraved each one on the plastic part. There are also little gold stickers on the individual boxes that you can peel off and stick on the holders. Really no trouble getting them out of the holders if you pinch firmly on the flat sides where it says press here. When putting them back, do the same thing and then pinch the other sides to remove from handle. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to try it.Read full review
