Help for cystic acne
My daughter has fought cystic acne since middle school; numerous trips to dermatologist and years of antibiotics, cleansers and creams had very little effect. While researching once again for something, anything, to help, I read an article on zinc for acne then researched how to get best results. I found many different brands of the zinc soap and decided to give the dermaharmony a try. After two days of using this soap morning and night, my daughter's skin actually looks better; its smoother and less red than its been in years. This soap lathers really well and my daughter says her skin feels cleaner and softer than she can remember. Also, with her particular type acne, her face burns and itches most of the time but this soap ;has stopped that too. We are very happy with the results so far and will continue to buy and use this soap! Anyone who suffers with cystic acne really should give this soap a try.

Very good sudsing - gentle on skin
I purchased the ZNP soap bar on the recommendation of my dermatologist, for a skin problem similar to dandruff, but on my face. It showed up as redness around my eyebrows and chin. Dermatologist recommending this soap along with using Head and Shoulders shampoo as well as a regular application of an ointment.
The ZNP soap bar is a good size (4 oz.), and it lathers very quickly, with a large amount of soothing suds. I haven't used it long enough yet to see whether it makes a difference with the skin problem, but it is a very good facial soap, and has no stong scents or perfumes. I have tried everything over-the-counter to control my facial seborrheic dermatitis flare-ups. For over 10 years I have used both bar soaps and even dandruff shampoos on the affected areas. Most worked for a short time but did not control and manage the condition. This stuff does. It works great. I use just a small portion in my affected area and leave it on for a few minutes. Best ZINC soap for large people with nucks and crannies LOL.
I'm a big guy, over 300 pounds, linebacker size. I had a problems with probably yeast or fungal growth in those nuck and crannies. Most soaps even added in that growth because they feed the skin problems. The zinc shampoos have been around for dandruff for years. Great Soap and Shampoo Bar
I began using this soap some time ago after several years of having redness around my neck and my doctor telling me that a zinc product might help. I stopped for a short time and when I ordered it again, I realized again how well it really worked.
This soap is really helpful with the redness and the feeling of cleanliness after use ist awesome. I suggest using a face cloth or luffa for best results. I also recommend the new soap shampoo bar, again as one sweats redness can result, so this bar is again very helpful, It is con-caved shaped so it is easy to create lather for a great shampoo. I ordered the lavender and got it along with a sample of the green bar. I think I will order the green bar next time, because I liked the scent of the green one a little better, but that is probably personal preference. I am an African American woman with super oily skin and I'm truly surprised!!! I purchased this soap because I started breaking out about 2 weeks prior with a rash on my cheeks and forehead, and because of all the great reviews I read on Amazon.com. The first night I used it my face felt HORRIBLE!!! The rash looked worse after the 1st usage. However, I did not give up because of all the great testimonials I read. The 2nd day, I used it in the morning, it didn't feel as bad as it did the previous night, it just felt like nothing. That night I used the Zinc soap a 3rd time. In about 30 minutes I felt a slight drying of my skin. Not too drying but just enough to matte my oily skin. It started feeling really smoothe and very soothed.
