I would not call this a workout because it is so fun. I love dancing and Rush has a variety of dance styles like swing dancing and salsa. I also love the music. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves dancing and good music.Read full review...

I only used it once or twice. It was just okay. Good workout. I found that even when I wasn't moving, I was still being told good job and getting points. I sold it not long after purchasing. I'll stick to my Pilates DVD'sRead full review...

Awesome way to exercise

A fun way to be active and burn some calories. I love the music it really keeps you pump and following the steps are quite easy.
