It’s a nice product. Once you specify your particular vehicle it will determine the issue.

Icarsoft Porsche II. no value here

When I first checked tis product on UTube it seems that it would do the job it was designed for..
When I received I tried several times on my Cayman S to diagnose the issue I am having with the brakes and it would not even switch to the model of my car and most of the readings did not appear to be real? Highly recommended for basic diagnostics

Works perfectly as described. Generic OBD2 can only read but not reset Porsche Diagnostics and Service. Far cheaper than other Porsche devices but if you only need basic scanning and reset this does the trick without any VIN locking licenses and other nonsense.Read full review...

Well worth the money

I bought the scanner to re-set my dashboard service reminders. The scanner was able to easily clear both my oil service and maintenance service reminders. I will also be using the scanner to register/ code a new battery with the car computer, and also to release the ABS fluid when I flush the brake fluid. The scanner was able to identify and intermittent misfire in cylinder 6, and to clear the code once I replaced the spark plug. The scanner is almost intuitive in its use, I would buy an iCarsoft scanner again if I trade the Porsche for another make (the downside of the scanner is that it is single-manufacturer specific).Read full review...

For the money it’s great!

Purchased this unit to reset the oil change and maintenance reminders on my 2017 Porsche Macan S. It was fairly intuitive to operate and did reset the maintenance reminders for 2 year/20,000 miles. Works how advertised

I have a 2006 cayenne and the steering faulty came on. Was do to a low battery. Bought this scanner to reset code. It worked great was able to get into the kessy module and reset the code witch let me turn on the cayenne. Tried getting codes for all other modules and it worked on everything. Will not work on my daughters Cayman 16' to reset an airbag light or do any other diagnostics
