as fast as a cat cable

I've tested this product against when I was connected via cable and could barely tell the difference.
I do have a good quality Asus ac standard 5ghz WiFi transmitter to go with it though.

Only catch is I'm fairly close to the transmitter so don't know how much speed drops off at greater distances but I find it more convenient than the power line adapters and for me was easy to install because I built my computer and this is just another pci card to add really.

Less tech savvy people, this is maybe not the best product for you.Read full review

your router is more than 2m away from the computer? Setting up ethernet wiring isn't possible? Then this badboy will alleviate your problems. Just note that this doesn't improve performance, but strengthens the connection between your router and pc, giving little to no disconnections.Read full review
