Ink cartridges not new or original
Two of the four I ordered worked. Not in original packaging. Just looked like someone put tape over nozzles. Contacted them and they sent me procedure for cleaning. The other two still didn’t work the printer didn’t recognize them as genuine Hp ink. They would also not align.Read full review

One of the cartridges dried up immediately after installing, only printed maybe two things a week or so ago and yesterday it was dried up so that was a loss and now on the second one. We'll see how long this one last just sitting in the printer.Read full review
