It's ok if...

If you can see from the picture, there's a sponge in the thing and it must be soaked before use. That's fine. You squeeze and wipe off the excess water and you're good to go.
It's kind of circular it has rubber tabs that secure it to the sound hole but they don't fit right, it's a one size fits all arrangement. It is kind of tight and foes not make a good deal against the guitar, it's pretty close though am not sure that is the idea.
I'm not fond of jamming things into the sound hole. If you miss wiping off any moisture from the thing, you're going to damage your guitar. A plain sponge in a sandwich bag with a few jokes poked in it will work as well and it will be cheaper.Read full review

I have tested several of the other humidifiers , This one gets it done . You do have to replenish the water about every 10 days, I live in very dry Northern Nevada, high desert.
